YOOZ Warranty and Refund Policies
(Effective June 1st, 2020)
By placing an order on yooznow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Warranty and Refund Policies.
The warranty period for YOOZ devices purchased from www.yooznow.com is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement device assumes the remainder of the warranty period of the original device.
Pods purchased from www.yooznow.com are covered under the warranty for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement pod assumes the remainder of the warranty period of the original pod.
YOOZ’s product warranty covers only those claims arising from damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:
Procedure for Filing Warranty Claim
At our discretion, we may require return of the Product before processing your refund. We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At your request, we will refund the price you paid for the product(s) being returned, including taxes, provided you comply with any return requests. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs. At our discretion, a twenty-percent (20%) restocking fee may be applied to your return.
Any purchase at our store has 14 days satisfaction refund policy. You can claim to us upon return the products (Pods cannot be empty). Shipping fee cannot be returned for any claim.
Choice of Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within China. All disputes concerning any purchase or these Terms must be brought to China.
